On the ground floor facing the front of the resort with glass sliding doors, you can expect to be snowed in most of the season otherwise you will enjoy the lovely views towards the cross country trails. Studio 1 is located in the main building close to The Stallions Restaurant and Bar.

The Stables Resort Perisher is situated in Kosciuszko National Park (KNP), with limited bed capacity per apartment. The bed allocation for Studio 1 is for 2 people, and we strictly adhere to KNP regulations. The bed allocation includes children 5 years and over. Children under the age of 5 are not counted.
